The TMS that reads your rate cons.

Broker email in. Loads out, on one timeline, billed when the paperwork lands. For carrier owners and dispatchers running 1 to 150 trucks.

One rate con, start to finish: it lands in Mail, the AI proposes the load, you check two values, and Truck 127's Saturday is covered.

A carrier runs on broker email. Most of it is retyped.

The office already has the information. It arrives as PDFs and photos, all day, and someone types it into something else.

  • Broker email arrives all day: offers, rate cons, tenders, updates.
  • Rate cons are retyped by hand into the TMS, the spreadsheet or both.
  • A tender expires while the inbox is being scrolled.
  • PODs are chased by text message and arrive as photos.
  • Dispatch lives on a whiteboard or a spreadsheet nobody else can read.
  • Billing waits on paperwork that is still in the cab.

The product, screen by screen.

Mail and Dispatch are where the day happens. AI review is where a person checks what the AI read. On a phone, the same Mail fits in a pocket.

Mail with a broker's load offer sorted and a drafted reply open

Broker email sorted as it lands: offers, rate cons, tenders, updates. A drafted reply waits under the thread, and the conversation stays beside the load.

Loads come out of broker email without retyping.

  1. The rate con lands in Mail already sorted, with the broker's thread beside it.

  2. The AI proposes the load from the PDF: lane, dates, rate, reference RC 88412.

  3. A tender's reply-by countdown sits on the row, so it is answered before it expires.

Mail with a broker's load offer sorted into Offers, the AI's read of it and a drafted reply
Mail: an offer sorted into Offers, the AI's read of it, a reply drafted and waiting, and two tenders counting down at the top.
Dispatch Timeline: 18 trucks as rows, loads as semi-truck bars over three days, the red now line, and a Needs-a-load band on the last row
Dispatch Timeline: three days, every truck, every load. Truck 138 has nothing booked, so Thursday and Friday show as Needs a load.

Every truck and every load on one timeline.

  1. Each load is a semi-truck bar on the hours it runs: trailer booked, rig in transit, delivered.

  2. The red line is now. Left of it is done; right of it is the plan.

  3. A truck with nothing booked shows a Needs-a-load band, days before the gap.

Paperwork comes from the cab and lands on the load, ready to bill.

From the broker's email to the invoice.

The AI does the reading. A person does the deciding. Each step says where it happens and who does it.

In the officeMail and AI review
  1. You

    Connect the mailbox

Microsoft 365, or any mailbox over IMAP. Gmail works.

  2. The AI

    Reads and sorts

Offers, rate cons, tenders and updates are sorted. Rate cons are read into a proposed load.

  3. You

    Check and create the load

The PDF beside the values. Unsure values first. Create load unlocks when nothing is left to check.

On the roadDispatch and the driver app
  1. Dispatch

    Put it on a truck

On the Timeline, on the hours it runs. The Board and the Map show the same load.

  2. The driver

    Taps the stops

Arrived, Loaded, Unloaded, Departed, with no signal needed. The times land on the load.

  3. The driver

    Scans the paperwork

BOL, POD and lumper receipt from the phone’s camera, at the dock.

BillingPaperwork and invoices
  1. The AI

    Reads the paperwork

POD, BOL and lumper receipt are matched to the load. Anything missing is listed.

  2. Billing

    Bill the load

Ready to bill once the paperwork is in. Invoice it from Billing.

  3. Billing

    Or send it to factoring

Add your factoring company in the Directory; invoices and schedules go to them.

What the AI does not do: create a load, send a reply or touch billing on its own. Your corrections teach it.

TmsAiX Driver. The cab's side of the load.

What the driver does
Taps Arrived, Loaded, Unloaded and Departed, with no signal needed. Scans BOL, POD and lumper receipts. Enters reefer readings. Chats with dispatch.
What the office sees
The stop times on the load, the scans in Paperwork, the chat beside the load, and the truck's last reported position on the Map while the trip runs.
What it does not do
No ads, no selling of your data, no tracking across other apps and no analytics. Location is shared during a trip only, and only if the driver turns it on.
iPhone and Android, by invitation from the carrier
Driver app, Loads: PHF-1032 with its two stops, Arrived and Loaded done and Departed live on the first, one tap waiting for signal
Today's load and stops
Driver app, paperwork review: two scanned pages of the POD for PHF-1032 stop 2, ready to send
Scanning a POD
